Can you smeeeeelllllll what the BROfessor is cookin?! A beautiful morning with @goxplorusa in the Ouachita NF Arkansas Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Starting the at off right with coffee (@trailratedcoffee specifically), relaxing a while and then throw on some deer sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese and veggies just seems to make for an amazing day. Searing some tasty Salmon on the @lodgecastiron griddle for @goxplorusa I have always either smoked my Salmon or grilled on a cedar plank. With neither a smoker or charcoal grill available, I put a thin coat of oil on both sides of the salmon, then added salt and @overlandspices Snorkel. Searing 6 minutes with skin side down and then slipping to sear 1 minute on other side… The salmon was medium rare and warm all the way through. Adding a little pepper to finish it was perfect.
