“ i’m not – in a gang or anything. n-not that you asked! or you like want me to order a hit on someone. i just, i-i’m … very gang free.” the blonde is something of a mythological figure at this school; her reputation a series of whispers and pointed fingers, her backstory an amalgamation of varied perceptions. the name buffy carries an assortment of connotations, and they all end up depicting her as some freak in the mafia. it’s great, really! not like she wanted a social life or anything. 

she sighs softly, a hand reaching down to smooth the front of her designer top (perhaps her own perception of him has been skewed by the masses). “ well i don’t suppose you’ve been in english class much either huh? like, mr. beakman’s totally been on me about this group project thing and willow’s in a different class now so i can’t ask her, and xander sleeps most of the time anyways so –” a pause, an embarrassed red filling her cheeks. “ sorry. that’s buffy speak for wanna do the project together?”
