I wore my white shirt tucked into my hounds-tooth shorts and added my lace-up heels. I wanted to do courts, but thought that was a little plain, so opted for those instead. I kept my hair up in a ponytail to finish off the look.

15 Denier High Shine Finish Sheer to Waist Cotton Gusset

  The Packaging: like most of the CdR packaging, these have the model/s on the front wearing different colours from the collection. The back goes into a little more detail about them.

When you get in, you will find these flat folded wrapped around promotional card. These also have the foot and subtle leg shaping to them, which will help you line up and get them on easily.

  Getting Them On: so after taking my time to get these on, what do I discover which I couldn’t see before I got them on? All these little snags running up the damn leg! I will show you in a little more detail further down, but I was super annoyed.

I thought it was me, but it couldn’t have been as I made sure they didn’t skim my anklets and I wore hosiery gloves to get them on as well! So annoyed Soni here … and think I had to spend the whole day with those horrible things!

  On The Legs: so as I mentioned before, I ended up with loads of scuffy marks and little snags on the legs, from the top thigh right down to top of the ankles. They were scattered around, but you get the jist of what I was working with today.

So much for amazing quality here …

The denier being 15 is pretty fine, which means you will need to take care of your hosiery once it’s on. Mine was a done deal as soon as I got them on, so it didn’t really matter now to be honest.

The quality I won’t even go into…

The fit of these are true to size, with very little stretch in them so you will need to make sure you check the sizing guide before you purchase. I did feel these fit my legs really nicely and I didn’t encounter any issues with these causing any gapping or moving away from the legs at any point.

The feel of them have that gorgeous silky oily coating to them, which give that sublime shine! It’s not like the Eternos, but a more toned down version. So if you like gloss, but not high gloss, then these would be perfect for you.

  The Toes & Ankle: the toes have reinforced toes, which does look odd if you haven’t seen this style before. I have come across it only a handful of times before, but I could tell instantly these were reinforced. It will make it harder to wear with open toe sandals (peep toes and similar would be fine) but I’m sure if you rejigged the seams around a little, it would be ok.

These have plenty of wiggle room in them and no pressure is added either onto the toes. The feet also have enough breathing room in them too.

Around the ankles, it’s a smooth fitted finish.

  The Waistband: well firstly it has a wonky seam let me just point out. Secondly the band is great to wear all day long! I have had no issues with it at all; no rolling over itself, no shimmying down the waist, no losing elasticity.

It has been a great band and I love the comfort I get from it.

  My Thoughts?

I am not too sure what to think to be honest. I am disappointed in the quality of this pair, but then again I have another pair to review so I do wonder if it’s a one-off thing!

Otherwise I do think these are a lovely pair to wear for any occasion, and to be honest, for any weather. I feel these could work all year round (if you don’t mind going hosiery in the colder months)

Las dependencias de Policía y Guardia Civil, próximos objetivos de los CDR: «Vamos a venir a por ti»

Las comisarías e instalaciones de las Fuerzas de Seguridad van a ser uno de los objetivos prioritarios de los grupos del extremismo independentista, en especial los CDR (Comités de Defensa de la República), según han informado a LA RAZON fuentes policiales.

Centrados durante la Semana Santa en los cortes de carretera y apertura de peajes, en lo sucesivo los individuos que integran estos grupos pretenden hacer una campaña, no exenta de violencia, para que las FSE abandonen Cataluña . Desde septiembre del año pasado, en que se incremento la frecuencia y virulencia de dichos ataques, han protagonizado casi medio centenar en instalaciones y unidades del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía (CNP), algunas de las cuales no tuvieron relevancia mediática.

A partir de ahora, esa presión sobre las FSE, y por lo tanto sobre España, se va a hacer más fuerte para intentar, entre otras cosas, una reacción de los agentes que después puedan presentar como una prueba de la represión ejerce sobre Cataluña.Ya lo hicieron en la jornada del referéndum ilegal, en la que trataron de presentar unas cifras de heridos y represión policial absolutamente falsas. De entre los ataques sufridos por el CNP en los últimos meses, cabe citar los siguientes.

Frente a la Comisaría Local de Manresa (Barcelona), se concentraron unos 100 alumnos del Instituto de Educación Secundaria Lluis de Peguera. Pegaron carteles propagandísticos sobre el referéndum, además de proferir cánticos como «Fascistas» y «Fora las Forçes d`Ocupaciò». Ese mismo día, la Comisaría Local de Vic (Barcelona) fue objeto de pintadas en la fachada frontal; se pintó una «hoz, se pegaron escritos publicitarios sobre el referéndum y se colgó una estelada.

Los funcionarios de la Comisaría Local de Reus observan, a través de las cámaras de seguridad, a un grupo de personas pegando carteles pro referéndum en la puerta y fachada de la oficina de expedición del DNI. Logran identificar a una de ellas, teniendo que retroceder los agentes al interior de las instalaciones por los insultos y agresividad verbal de los individuos que lo apoyaban.

Además de los escraches habidos en estas fechas contra hoteles en los que se alojaban miembros del CNP, así como la negativa a entrar en otros locales y hostigamientos, en la Oficina de Extranjería ubicada en la calle Mallorca 213 de Barcelona, desconocidos estamparon numerosas marcas de manos de pintura de color rojo contra las cristaleras, así como escrita en pintura de color verde la frase «Franco ha vuelto». En la Comisaría Local de Tarrasa, se concentraron unas 2.700 personas. Con las manos en alto gritaban: «Fuera Policía Nacional, Democracia, hemos votado independencia, Mossos d`Esquadra nuestra policía…». En Barcelona, en la Oficina del DNI de la calle San Antonio Maria Claret 276, un agente de la Policía Nacional fue increpado, insultado y amenazado tanto desde los vehículos que pasaban por la zona como por los ciudadanos que transitaban a pie por delante de la oficina. Le dijeron frases como: «Prepárate que vamos a venir por ti», y le lanzaron insultos como «hijo de puta, cabrón, franquista, represivo, vete a pegarle a tu puta madre».

En el Valle de Arán, los Comités de Defensa de la República (CDR) promovieron cortes de carretera que se llevan a cabo en la N-230 como protesta por el ingreso en prisión de los dirigentes de ANC y Òmnium cultural así como de miembros del ex Govern de la Generalitat. Este corte de carretera impidió el libre ejercicio de la labor policial propia de la Unidad de Extranjería y Fronteras de Les.

En la Comisaría Local de Tarrasa, se concentró un grupo de carácter independentista y, mediante un proyector de TV dirigido hacia la fachada del edificio policial, visionaron videos de escenas registradas durante la jornada del referéndum ilegal del 1-O y el asedio a la Consellería de Economía (en la que guardias civiles realizaban registros y otras diligencias), mientras que proferían insultos y emitían consignas independentista contra los miembros de las FSE.

En la Comisaría de Tarrasa, se lanzaron huevos que contenían pintura contra la pared y las cristaleras del edificio policial. Dicho acto fue reivindicado por el colectivo Arrán (juventudes de la CUP) en un artículo publicado al día siguiente.

Un mar de botellas vacías Por más campañas mediáticas que despliegue, Cuba no tiene infraestructura para reciclar la basura Lunes, julio 3, 2017 | Gladys Linares LA HABANA, Cuba.- Desde hace algún tiempo botellas de vidrio, sanas y rotas, pululan en parterres, aceras, contenes y vertederos de basura. La gran mayoría es de cerveza, lo que no deja lugar a dudas del alto índice de consumo de alcohol e indisciplinas sociales por parte de la población así como de la falta de seriedad de la Empresa de Recuperación de Materia Prima, pues mientras los medios le hacen propaganda al reciclaje de estos envases, los lugares creados para su comercialización no los aceptan. Me cuenta Pedro, un acróbata circense que paseó su arte por buena parte del mundo, que él aumenta su pensión recogiendo materia prima y así paga su almuerzo en el comedor comunitario. Ahora recoge latas de aluminio, pues la venta de botellas es un problema, aunque tiene guardados como 15 o 20 sacos para cuando se las compren. A pesar de que las guarda ya limpias, supone que para entonces tendrá que lavarlas de nuevo para quitarles el polvo, porque las exigencias para entregarlas son muchas. La mayoría de los recolectores de desechos para reciclar son ancianos o jubilados, como Venancio, de 82 años, quien limpia jardines y además recoge laticas para venderlas y "sobrevivir", como él dice. "Antes reciclaba botellas, pero cuando las llevaba a vender casi siempre regresaba con ellas. Unas veces porque de ciertas marcas no aceptaban, y otras por no tener dónde almacenarlas, y había que volver con ellas cuando el camión viniera a llevárselas. Esta veterana instalación donada por Hungría no trabaja con botellas de colores porque estas contienen en su fórmula ciertos componentes que no puede asimilar la arcaica tecnología. Hace años se espera por un proceso de modernización para asimilar estas producciones. Hoy, sus modestas creaciones de vasos, jarras, algún que otro florero, son comercializadas por el Ministerio de Comercio Interior (MINCIN) y los MAI (Mercados Artesanales Industriales). Y mientras la espera se dilata, miles de botellas se pierden en nuestras calles, contaminando el medio ambiente y amenazando la vida de perros y gatos callejeros, niños, ancianos e impedidos físicos, y las mini-industrias carecen de envases para abastecer el mercado interno de salsa de tomates, vinagre, vino seco, vinos artesanales, bien recibidos por la población y algo más económicos que los de la tienda en divisas. El vidrio es totalmente reciclable y no hay límite en la cantidad de veces que puede ser reprocesado. Al reciclarlo no pierde sus propiedades, además de que se ahorra una cantidad de energía de alrededor del 30 % con respecto al vidrio nuevo. Solo falta la voluntad estatal de establecer los mecanismos para su adecuado procesamiento. Al respecto, una vecina reflexionaba: "Muchacha, no seas boba. My Outfit

I thought this would be a cute outfit for a Summer wedding, or a special occasion which is happening outdoors. I say outdoors as you wanna make sure that the sun hits those tan glossy legs!

I paired my embellished playsuit paired with my white butterfly sandals and went with some simple studs. I was going for longer drop earrings, but they broke on me at the very last minute, so there goes that plan!

  The Packaging: I won’t go into too much detail here as this will be the same as the last review I did.

  Getting Them On: now the only difference here is that I could hardly see any snags or scuffs on these (and it helps as they blend in with the skin so they don’t stand out) which I am happy about. I took my time getting these on using hosiery gloves as usual!

  On The Legs: against the white I can say these really do stand out. Not only do they give such a gorgeous tan look, but that gloss is beautiful. It really looks like I have some seriously oiled up legs to be honest!

Everything else I can safely say is the same as my last Vidrio pair, which I was happy with. The fit is great and is perfect for my leg length and the feel is just as soft and smooth as the last pair.

I did use flash in some images so you can see the gloss at its very best, and the others are with natural lighting.

I also wanted to show you the difference it makes to my leg colour, so do scroll down a little and check on the right side to see the tights on my right leg and bare leg on the left.

  The Toes & Ankle: now the toe strip is a darker denier on this pair, which does make it slightly annoying with sandals, but I made sure that the end of the seam was tucked under the strap so it looked like a natural finish.

Otherwise these were perfect on the toes, feet and ankles 🙂

  The Waistband: and another amazeballs waistband, with a non-wonky seam as well! I had no complaints in these either; I’m just happy that they didn’t start rolling down with that oily coating on them!

    My Thoughts?

Now this pair I really do love; it gave my legs a gorgeous shine and a natural looking tan. Shame my arms weren’t looking the same though! I really did love this pair and I would certainly recommend them!

This has got to be the first over-knee socks review I have ever done – and I am so frikking psyched! I have never worn them to work before either so this will be interesting to see what my colleagues think!

  I got these off the main Oroblu Official Site  (so all the way from Italy itself) as they were on offer, so why not hey?

Now this is going to be an interesting review as I am doing a double review for the first time – I have a pair of some sexy super shiny sheers on underneath them as it’s pretty cold today!

  My Outfit

I have changed my outfit for the 5th time this morning to make it look as good as I can!

I kept it cute and girly but teaming up with my bodytop, fitted skater skirt and to top it off, my wrap-around choker just to finish the look.

I went for white court shoes which were gifted by a follower a while back and I thought it went perfectly!!

I left the hair down to make it seem more casual. I was going to opt for having my hair in a pony, but I didn’t fancy looking like a proper doll!

The Review

Packaging: As the packaging would be for socks really. It’s basic and as they’re open, you can feel the material and see exactly what they look like compared to enclosed packaging (I have seen some socks that do come in those).

They don’t seem like they would fit over the knees (shown in the image below) but once you get them on, it’s entirely up to you how far you wish to pull them up. The more you pull, the more you lose the design. So I kept it literally just sitting above my kneecap so you still expose the thighs but you have a nice compact design from the toes to the knees. I suppose this is something to consider when it comes to patterned socks.

Sock Band: The band on top of them are so soft and really nice on. I have to say they do keep hold very well (seeing as my tights are so slippery smooth I thought they would keep falling down) but the socks have done well to stay up as long as they have. I have slightly pulled up now and again as I have been on the move a lot today, but not once have they actually fallen down past the knees!

Design & Colour: I love the design of them and the colour too – they’re called crystal grey (but gives off a bit of a blue tone in them) rather than a soft grey so they do pop out when they are on. The design is something that I normally wouldn’t go for, but this time round I thought I had to just so I can do them to work. I normally team up with oversized shirts and then lounging in them, but I said to myself I am stepping out in these because they are so cute and dainty and would work well in Spring/Summer!

Around The Toes: I have to say it’s pretty comfortable and lots of wiggle room. I tried them on with and without tights on, so I had something to compare against. I have to say with silky tights on, the toe section does move around a bit, but I’m sure that wouldn’t be the case with net/lace tights as they would hold in place. Without tights on, they fell lovely and so soft too. I love the quality of them.

  Overall Thoughts?

I really do love them and I am so happy I went back onto the site to purchase them before it was too late! They’re so soft, comfortable and dead versatile too. I’m sure I will be teaming these up with various tights I have just to give it that extra oomph to the outfit. I love how they’re on sale for a reasonable price too!! I would definitely recommend getting yourselves a pair!
