Keto chaffles😍 I sold my chaffle maker in Florida, only to realize - I should've just taken it with me to Costa Rica since it's so small and useful - so got another one 😂 These really hit the "bread" spot. Omg.. Ingredients: 1egg 2tbsp chz I like to also melt some cream chz and throw it into the mix. Put a sliver of butter or use butter spray or I sometimes don't use any at all.. Sprinkle a little cheese on the bottom, then pour some of the mixture that covers just the bottom of the chaffle maker. Sprinkle more cheese on the top. Close. Let it cool til it doesn't steam anymore. Voila!
