The first person I thought of was Chinatsu looking in Hikaru’s room and finding condoms in one of his dressers of some sort. She’d probably be aware already that Hikaru was sexually active but being confronted with the reality would probably have her shaken for the rest of the day. Hikaru would probably notice that his mother was off for some reason but Chi wouldn’t press about it, probably relieved that he’s even using protection at all.

Man...I’m currently editing Oxytocin and I’m just realizing how sad Chinatsu’s storyline is going to be. From the get-go she’s always by herself. Her husband is too busy at work and her two children are grown and living their own lives. Things are even going to get worse between Ryu and herself and things are going to come to a head.

...But all will be well for this resilient mama.
