Guys, I think I know what I'll be drawing next.

So when I was in 5th grade a few years ago, we had this game called Weddings and Funerals. It was weirdly complicated- here's how it went.

Two randomly decided people would be getting married. It didn't have to be hetoro. We didn't care. Then, we'd have to organize the entire wedding: the food, who the bridesmaids were, who the priest was, ect ect.

Then, after the wedding, one of the people who got married would pretend to die, and we'd have a funeral for them. Now, THIS was the funnest part: We sat in a circle and tried to figure out who the murder was. We didn't decide beforehand who the murder was or set up a crime scene- we just made up evidence until somebody decided it was them and confessed.

And nothing's gonna stop me from drawing the WG kids playing Weddings and Funerals one of these days. Silver came up with it initially and then slowly enlisted Cori, Tobey, Victoria, Royal Dandy, Chazz, Becky, Violet, Scoops, literally all of the children, and fuck it, to all my Tumblr friends, she enlisted your OCs to play it with her at recess.

i kinda danced around it yesterday but i’m gonna be bolder about it today. let me start off by saying i am in no way saying cory has any type of neurodiversity that’s beyond not my place but as someone who is nd the way people react to the things cory says with the absolute most bad faith interpretations to me has threads of the ableism that we talk about dealing with from nt’s. like i just feel like you can really see the derision and commitment to misunderstanding him regardless of what he says and he’s not nd (far as i know) and it’s like genuinely it’s so frustrating dealing with it in my own life and so to watch it play out where the man can’t say anything right for some people without them judging and policing his every word facial expression tone of voice etc. like he point blank said cirie is the most impressive person to do reality tv but big brother is so comp reliant in the modern era that it’s going to be hard for her to make it to the end which is fucking true and the whole of twitter is like cory doesn’t respect ciries game he’s underestimating a woman shocker he’s an ego maniac who thinks he’s better than her and wants to make sure she doesn’t win. like where are you getting that? he said bb is is gender biased in that he and america played rather similarly and were equally bad at comps but he was the one considered a threat [because people take men more seriously] and it’s like oh poor nerdy white man playing the victim. no he’s calling out double standards and the way everyone isn’t valuing america’s game. it’s just again i understand not liking him you don’t need a reason to not like a person but idk to me some of this rhetoric crosses into a weird place that shows how many people are so unaccepting of people who are different
