World Peace
Without inner peace amongst all of us, we will never find world peace. Trying to help and heal the world, on person at a time………….

Terrible Twos....?
Don’t let the title fool you. This is not about the “terrible twos”. It’s about how everyone makes such a huge deal about them...when really it’s three. Three is the unlucky number when it comes to your child’s age. No one EVER tells you about what life is like with a three year old.
The so called “terrible twos” aren’t in fact that terrible. MY two year old is often an @$$hole, but not really because he’s two. It’s because he is the middle child, demands all my undivided attention and will stop at nothing until he gets it. And yeah, I can call my kid and asshole if I want too. Most of the time he is. It’s a simple fact. But really...everything he does is quite normal. Colouring on the walls, dumping the bin of blocks, throwing pasta, licking the floor...all of it is him learning to be a human. Learning that he is in fact his own person and that if he wants to flush cars down the toilet he can, I don’t actually have all the power to stop him.
Three year old on the other hand...they are past all of that. They are no longer learning cause and effect. They know EXACTLY where to colour, they know how to get dressed and where the dirty clothes go, they know what happens when you tip a glass full of milk upside down. They are past that part of the learning curve. Three year olds are just plain rude, ignorant and downright impossible. Every heard the term “threenager”? There is a good reason some genius came up with it.
The pure hatred in my 3 year old’s eyes when I tell him not to do something...it’s a little frightening to be honest. He does the EXACT opposite of what I say, every time I open my mouth. He changes his clothes about 6 times a day (if clothes touch him for more than 3 seconds, they count as dirty). Yesterday he held his hand up as I was about to speak and said “ NO MOM, I don’t want to hear it.” Yes, they will repeat everything you have ever said to them since the beginning of time and it sucks. On several occasions he has even left the dinner table, stormed into his room and slammed the door, just because he hates the world at that exact moment.
As hard as three is...I feel I MIGHT be better prepared for the real teenage years, but probably not. I have two more “threenagers” to survive through. I think I can do it. Maybe. Maybe not.
But at the end of the day...regardless of their age, stage or attitude, I love my kids with my whole heart.

My reasons for blogging.
My reasons for blogging.
I actually started a blog over twenty years ago. I was pregnant and sick of being pregnant, three times in a row. I started a funny t-shirt company called, “Leave Me B. t-shirts.” In other words, “leave me the f alone.” Do. NOT touch my Belly! ” NO I am NOT having twins.” You get the drift. I started a blog with it before I even knew what a blog was. Too bad I was not tech savvy or social media…

I wanted to write a letter from my heart to To all of the teens generation Z, or millennials that feel like life is to difficult and at times they feel hopeless. It is a very tough time out there and the current circumstances warrant feeling bad however: It feels terrible to feel hopeless It is scary to not know what the future brings The unknown can be frightening Most teens and young adults…

Mi Papa
Upon my walk down memory lane…..I thought of something else……although it did not happen prior, to the event. It happened at the end of it. When I was a little girl I always saw my father doing running around the block in his jeans, then he would do 200 push ups and sit ups, while all the neighbors could see. It was unusual but it became normal as the years past. As of late, my new routine is to…
