gotta say, i'm kinda uncomfy the assumption that amanda and crow are romantically involved given the current battlegrounds dialogue where crow admits he hates falling to his death and amanda says that "i'll keep that in mind. maybe i took it too easy on you with the shotgun"

like that is just... straight up mean. i get that amanda is taking her feelings abt uldren out on crow, but that's just petty at best and cruel at worst. i know guardians kill each other for fun in the crucible, but that's never portrayed as actively mean-spirited, unlike this.

and yet, even in the bloody youtube comments for the video of this dialogue, ppl are going "oh look at that romantic foreshadowing!".

crow even responds to that line with (far more grace than i would have) "you've never taken it easy on me to my knowledge", which just. i'm fucking bamboozled. he's not even saying it in a snarky or flirty way, why do people assume it's romantic when one character is threatening to kill another in a way they explicitly hate???
