प्रधानमंत्री ने किसानो के लिए Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana 2019 को प्रस्तुत किया है| इस योजना को 18 फरवरी 2016 को प्रस्तुत किया था| पहेले किसान अपनी फसल को लेके बेहद चिंतित थे| प्रधानमंत्री ने उनकी यह चिंता ख़त्म करने के लिए Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana को शुरू किया है।

यह एक बिमा योजना है जिसमे फसल का बीमा किया जाता है| Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के लिए हमारी गवर्नमेंट ने 8800 करोड़ रुपये खर्चे जाएगे| इस बीमा पॉलिसी के तहत जो किसान अपने खरीफ फसल के लिए 2% प्रीमियम, और रबी पाक के बीमा पर 1.5% प्रीमियम का भुगतान बिमा कम्पनी करेगी|

इस योजना के तहत जो फसल सूखे या बाढ़ की वजह से ख़राब होने की संभावना है उस फसल पर प्रीमियम कम पे करना पडेगा| Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के तहत बागायती फसल और वाणिज्यिक फसलो पर बिमा कम्पनी के द्वारा बिमा पॉलिसी प्रस्तुत की गयी है|

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana 2019 Details

किसानो की सुविधा के लिए Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के तहत बिमा प्रीमियम बहुत कम रखे गए है| जिससे उन्हें बीमा प्रीमियम पे करने में दिक्कत ना आये और वह आसानी से इस योजना का लाभ उठा सके|

इस योजना के तहत गवर्नमेंट की और से होने वाले सही की कोई सीमा नहीं है| इस योजना के तहत किसानो को 90% तक का लाभ मिल चूका है|

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के तहत मिलने वाले लाभों को दो बटवारे होगे जिसमे कुछ हिस्सा राज्य सरकार मदद करेगी और कुछ हिस्सा केंद्र सरकार से मदद मिलेगी| क्यों की NAIS यानि की National Agriculture Insurance Scheme में बदलाव करके इस योजना को फिर से नए रूप में प्रस्थापित की गयी है|

इस योजना के तहत बीमा पॉलिसी धारक अपने मोबाइल से तुरंत ही इसका भुगतान कर सकते है|

इस योजना का मुख्य और अच्छा लाभ ये है की इस योजना के तहत जिसने भी बीमा पॉलिसी करवाई है इन्हें जितनी क्लेम की गयी हो उतनी ही किमत पे की जाती है और उस रकम में कोई बदलाव नहीं होता|

प्रधान मंत्री फासल बीमा योजना (PMFBY) का उद्देश्य कृषि क्षेत्र में सतत उत्पादन का समर्थन करना है।

PMFBY के अंतर्गत शामिल जोखिम और बहिष्कार

फसल के नुकसान के कारण फसल के जोखिमों के निम्नलिखित चरणों को योजना के अंतर्गत शामिल किया गया है।

राज्य सरकार द्वारा नीचे उल्लिखित एक के अलावा राज्य सरकार द्वारा नए जोखिमों में वृद्धि और अनुमति नहीं है।

बुवाई / रोपण / अंकुरण जोखिम :-

वर्षा या मौसम की स्थिति के कारण बीमाकृत क्षेत्र बुवाई / रोपण / अंकुरण को सम्मेलित करता है।

स्थायी फसल (फसल की कटाई) :-

गैर-रोकथाम वाले जोखिमों, जैसे सूखा, सूखी वर्तनी, बाढ़, गंदगी, व्यापक कीट और रोग का दौरा, भूस्खलन, प्राकृतिक कारणों से आग, लाइटनिंग, तूफान, चक्रवात के कारण अग्नि हानि को कवर करने के लिए व्यापक जोखिम बीमा प्रदान किया जाता है।

फसल कटाई के बाद नुकशान :-

कवरेज केवल कटाई से अधिकतम दो सप्ताह तक उपलब्ध है, उन फसलों के लिए जो कि कटौती और सूखे / सूखे / छोटे बंडल की स्थिति में सूखने की स्थिति मे होती है, तब उन्हे मूसलधार बारिश, तूफान, चक्रवात और अनियमित बारिश के विशिष्ट खतरों के खिलाफ कटाई के बाद की स्थिति के लिए।

स्थानीय आपदाएं :-

अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में पृथक खेतों को प्रभावित करने वाली बिजली के कारण हेल्स्टॉर्म, लैंडस्लाइड, इनंडेशन, क्लाउडबर्स्ट और प्राकृतिक आग के पहचाने गए स्थानीयकृत जोखिमों की घटना से उत्पन्न बीमाकृत फसलों को नुकसान / क्षति।

जंगली जानवरों द्वारा हमले के कारण फसल के नुकसान के लिए बीमाकृत राशि को जोड़ना :-

राज्य सरकार जहां भी जंगली जानवरों द्वारा हमले के कारण फसल के नुकसान के लिए जोखिम माना जाता है, वहा बीमाकृत राशि को प्रदान करने पर विचार कर सकते हैं।

सामान्य बहिष्कार :-

युद्ध और परमाणु जोखिम, दुर्भावनापूर्ण क्षति और अन्य रोकथाम वाले जोखिमों से उत्पन्न होने वाले नुकसान को बाहर रखा जाएगा।

SLCCCI (State Level Coordination Committee on Crop Insurance) के परामर्श से राज्य सरकार / उपरोक्त सूचीबद्ध किसी भी खतरे को बाहर कर सकते हैं जो उनके राज्य / संघ राज्य में प्रचलित नहीं है।

प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के लिए Online Apply कैसे करे?

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के लिए Online Apply करने के लिए पहेले आप को https://pmfby.gov.in इस वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा और वहा पे Farmer Login करना होगा|

अब आपने अपने न्यू फार्मर रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय पर आधार नंबर दिया होगा उससे कुछ डिटेल Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana online form में प्राप्त हो जाएगी |

कुछ डिटेल खुद किसान को भरनी होगी जैसे की पिता का नाम, किसान का प्रकार, किसान की केटेगरी, नेचर ऑफ़ फार्मर ड्राप डाउन मेनू से सिलेक्ट करे|

और जो डिटेल भरी हुई है उसे एक बार चेक करले अगर वह सारी डिटेल में कुछ डिटेल गलत है तो उसे आधार कार्ड अपडेट करवानी होगी| बेहद जरुरी डिटेल fill करे

अब सारी डिटेल सही तरीके से भर जाने के बाद Save & Continue बटन पर क्लिक करे|

अब आपको स्क्रीन पर मेसेज मिलेगा “Saved Successfully” और फिर “ok” पर क्लिक करने के बाद आगे का Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana form फिल कीजिये|

अब आगे का फॉर्म में डिटेल भरे जैसे की वर्ष, सीजन, स्कीम, स्टेट, डिस्ट्रिक्ट, सब डिस्ट्रिक्ट, पंचायत, पाक और जमीं संभंधित डिटेल भरे|

इस डिटेल को ऐड करने के लिए Add पर क्लिक करे|

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana की बीमे की रकम के लिए क्या करना होगा?

आपने जिस बीमे कंपनी मे इस योजना का लाभ लिया होगा उसमे आपने मुआवजे के लिए आवेदन किया होगा तो बीमा कंपनी आपके आवेदन मे दिये गए Bank Account मे आपका पैसा जमा करवा देगी।

आपके बीमे की रकम आपके बैंक के खाते मे आ जाएगी।

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana Benefits

रबी पाक के के लिए किसान को बीमा किस्त ( premium ) 1.5 % देना होगा। खरीफ पाक के लिए किसान को बीमा किस्त ( premium ) 2 % देना होगा।

इस योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली सबसिडी मे कोई बाध नहीं है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत किसान को दावे की पूरी रकम मिलेंगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत सारी कुदरती आपदाओ को रखा गया है, जिनकी वजह से फसल को नुकसान होगा।

यह योजना पूरी तरह से Digital Platform पर है। जिसमे सभी काम जल्दी से होगे। फसल के नष्ट होने के दावे के बाद किसान के खाते मे दावे की 25 % रकम तुरंत ही जमा कर दी जाती है, ओर बाकी बची हुई रकम फसल के अवलोकन के बाद दी जाएगी।
