There’s nothing quite like listening to a song and having a surge of emotions rush over you because it takes you back to a distinct memory. My mom used to sing this song around the house whenever she was in a great mood. Whether it be when she was doing her makeup, cleaning the house, or baking muffins. She was always so happy, and full of life, even when she was doing the most mundane tasks. I remember looking up to her and just smiling because HER happiness made me feel so much bliss. I didn’t have a doubt in the world in those moments because I knew I was in such great hands. I had the best childhood and I can’t wait to give my future son or daughter the same experience.
