Me: yeah I have no idea what triggers my anxiety - I’ve been doing so well but sometimes it just crashes over me, yaknow?

Also me, every single time there’s something involving my parents: has an anxiety attack, can’t eat lunch at work with the others, can’t sleep at all, has trouble breathing, chest pain level over 9000
