You people don't get it. Ylil is the ultimate chaos spreader in Inverse. Wallis has NOTHING on her, especially without his magic to help him.

Meanwhile Ylil is the untouchable and respected leader. She could tell people to cartwheel and they would do it. SHE CAN REWRITE LAWS, AND SHE IS EXPLICITELY NON CONFORMING TO THE EXPECTED STANDARD
