Oh. I am thinking about not only all the people Robin would’ve seen die in his afterlife, but the people he would’ve seen born, and watched as they grew up. Did he see all the plague ghosts as care free children? Was he reminded of his own children? And what about Mary? Did he see her as a weird little girl, talking to animals, helping her mother in the garden and learning how to weave baskets? Did he see Humphrey as an awkward teenager, nervous and sweating in his finery as he met his betrothed for the first time? Did he watch Kitty time and time again as she hid in the garden, talking to the statues as she waited for her sister to finally come find her? Oh. Oh my god.
