Victoria had been excited for her best friend Nathanial to start rooming with her. They had been friends with each other ever since they were in diapers it seemed. And it was like they lived together all of their lives since every waking moment one of them were at the other's home. They were with each other through it all; the break-ups, the angry vent sessions, and even when Victoria had to leave her ex-fiancé after he ever so kindly cheated on her three weeks before wedding. That's the reason why she had now moved in with him. She couldn't go back to her own apartment, it reeked of him.

So now she shared their two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and she couldn't be happier. Even if it meant she heard his latest hook-up through the walls.

"I know I don't have to thank you for this but...thanks for letting me move in with you. I promise I'll go back to the apartment once I know he won't be there. And once he stops blowing up my phone." She tossed her phone onto the table. "That way I also don't have to keep borrowing your shirts. " She teased.

She had been away for a couple of weeks, having gone on a short vacation with her father. Any trip was always good publicity for her, getting a chance to post great pictures on instagram and make fun videos for tiktok. But even her needed a break from social media from time to time, taking the chance when she got home to leave her phone behind and go visit one of her closest friends. Knocking on his apartment door, she greeted Joshua with a big smile and quickly pulled him into a tight hug. "Hi, love!" She exclaimed, lifting the bag with a bottle of tequila she'd brought over from her trip. "Brought a lil' something and I really hope you're not too busy tonight to spend time with your best friend ever?"

Mason had spent the last hour working away at his latest composition. He was trying to get the opening sequence just right but every time he played the piece on his piano he felt as though something was missing. Due to this, Mason decided to walk down the street to the nearby coffee shop to get fresh air. Whenever he was in a creative slump that always seemed to help.

Mason was standing in line when he suddenly felt his eyes become covered and everything went black. His mind stirred before he was met with a familiar scent. "If that isn't who I think it is, I think my girlfriend might have a problem." Mason said with a small laugh as he referred to Laura.

It was no ordinary day in The Hamptons; today was the day one of Julie's best friends were getting married. The blonde socialite was dressed up in a pale coral satin dress and her hair was neatly pulled back into a slick bun. Even though she looked great, she felt nothing like it. She had missed her period and she had taken a pregnancy test, which kept giving her a positive result. It seemed surreal and she hadn't dared telling anyone yet.

Looking into the camera, she posed together with Ryker, leaning against his frame as the two of them posed like the happy couple they were. It was hard for her to keep up the positive facade, and especially avoiding the vast amount of drinks being served.

A waiter approached them with a tray filled with champagne flutes, and Julie accepted, holding on to the glass as she looked back at Ryker. "Hmm... what did you say? Sorry, my head is spinning, there's so many people here I just can't seem to focus." Julie laughed softly, feeling as if it was hard to concentrate. A foggy brain was yet another symptom of being pregnant, was it not? She placed her palm on the lapel of his jacket, resting up against him. "Do you know anyone here? You don't have to stay by my side all night if you don't want to." She shrugged, figuring if somebody else kept him busy, conceiling the fact she didn't drink tonight would be easier. @huntrcssqueen

Red strands of her magic coiled around her fingers and hand as she ran. She knew that it wasn't safe to go past the barrier but she thought it would be a lot safer for everyone else if she let her magic loose somewhere the school wasn't nearby.

★  ⸻   COMPASSION: 7/10 It very much depends on the situation, but Oscar can be very sympathetic to someone's plight.

★  ⸻   BITTERNESS: 2/10 He is not a very bitter person. That's not to say he doesn't feel the emotion at times, but it is not something that is ever central to his life.

★  ⸻   HAPPINESS: 7/10 Even though he doesn't believe it is a necessity to life, he's a fairly happy guy. I would venture to say more of a content person, but happy nonetheless.

★  ⸻   POLITENESS: 9/10 His mama raised him right.

★  ⸻   CHIVALRY: 8/10 He is pretty chivalrous. He cares a lot for the opposite sex and is steadfast in the way he treats them. Any woman lucky enough to be called his will be treated like a queen.

★  ⸻   PRIDE: 9/10 His pride can be one of his downfalls at times. He has a very hard time getting over his pride and accepting that it should be knocked down a peg or two.

★  ⸻   HONESTY: 8/10 He is honest as much as possible, but there have been plenty of opportunities throughout his life that have made dishonesty essential. So while he prefers to be an open book, he is well versed in hiding things as necessary.
