Maker santa was announced today!!! I think I'll get a person in about a week. I signed up as an elf this year so i will also be making a generic gift and while i am still obsessed with plushie building i think i thought make a giant plushie [thing my person likes] and pick a different skill to learn for the extra gift. I have polymer clay, wreath wire/frame things (in heart and circle shapes), a woodburning pen, and HEAPS of cyanotype formula (i was going to use it to dye some cheesecloth i have before i made it into a dress but the fabric i have is actually 2 different types and neither on their own are enough for a dress. Also the space required to prepare and activate the treated fabric is....more than i have). I also have sewing and embroidery stuff but unless im trying new techniques I want to go away from those i think (plushie making is new and also i have a spare foam mattress and couchback cushion worth of squish to repurpose).

Polymer clay coasters/decorations could be okay, bit basic though. I could make them science themed? Idk.
