Hi! From one of your posts u seem to be in a very very very intense happy mood! That's awesome! I just wanna share that "until something comes along and ruins it" can actually e prevented!
Basically emotions aren't a spectrum from happiness to negativity, but rather "HIGH BIG EMOTIONS" to "eh mellow emotions"
So if your emotions switch from happy to sad the intensity of the emotions would stay the same, HOWEVER there are ways to avoid this slump! They're called dopamine crashes btw,
