Saying a kid is being very conservative with the frosting for gingerbread houses yesterday having to follow it up with "conservative as in you're not using a lot!"

Catch me outside today saying "don't use it liberally, meaning not a lot"

#theyre like 6 years old #but they probably have parents talking about politics #i genuinely dont give a shit im just tying to make them have some knowlege #theres some kids who genuinely cant form sentences and talk and theyre like 9 yo #it isnt because of disability they just didnt learn how and because of te no child left behind rule they DONT LEARN AT ALL #i remember being a kid with a teacher who hated me for no reason and tried to say i was autistic and misbehaving all the time in her class #when i was one of the best behaved h #kids there fr fuck you mrs johnston #and i was so scared when she threatened to keep me back #so i was glad about the no child left behind act when i was in school #but now??? it is only causing harm #the next generation will be as educated and knowledgeable as people were in the 1600s #and the teachers are trying trust me #theyre trying so hard but they cant be teaching 10yos how to spell and write their name when theyre supposed to be in prealgebra #this turned to a weird rant but i have a long work day so im preoccupied with that #also a lot of the 4&5th grade teachers are not trained in early childhood development #tey literally can't teach them these basic kindergarteden and first grade skills
