if there was one thing jeanie looked forward to every holiday, it was getting to spend the whole break with her grandma.

jeanie never really got along with her parents... grandma just always got it, y'know? but when she started high school, her parents wanted her to get serious about her future and the visits to her favorite person in the whole universe came to a stop.

then came the phone call. jeanie had dropped out of university, she stopped talking to her friends, spending all day in bed away from the world. all she wanted to do was go back to the hot summer nights of dancing in the living room to granny's collection of the best records.

she only learned a few days ago that her grandma had left the house in willow creek to her, and it was the only place that felt like home.
