hmm, might have an issue with jennifer lee, in which i actually really like the initial characterization of characters like hans and magnifico, and i'm not really opposed to these characters being villains, but how the villianizing happens is where i get scruples tbh.

twice this has happened now, bc she's written the script. i think it's slightly better in wish tbh, but i'm still like... the king and queen could have been in on it the entire time and be even more believably irredeemable? that's catnip! come on.
