i cheated and used artwork of Gotham to represent NJ

my thinking was since NY in rise was so colorful and neon, wouldn't it be funny if NJ in rise was like Gotham; still colorful but darker? i thought about using a rise background at first but it visually wouldn't work to say it's NJ but the background shows NY
