#i'm STILL upset about my pt telling me not to use my crutches and offering no other helpful or viable short term solutions #i've only used them once since wednesday bc i feel like i'm not Allowed now and i feel guilty for even owning them #and my pain is getting slowly worse bc it builds up!! the only reason i survived work today is bc i took 2 naproxen which i'm #ACTUALLY not allowed to do more than like maybe once a week or ever if i can help it. so i don't BLEED OUT #i GET that she doesn't want me to create more problems for myself by using my body in weird ways i OBVIOUSLY don't want to either!!!! but! #i can't WIN and anything i try makes me feel evil and stupid and her ignoring my current problem bc of long term hypotheticals #made me feel 1000x more evil and stupid. bc *i* care about my day to day life too much #like can't she just trust that i already feel insane and stupid and guilty for all of this without Making Sure. #she never even asked how often i use them or asked to see how i use them btw lol. she just assumed shit and told me to stop #p
