i am in such a bad mood everything pisses me off i've been grumbling and groaning and complaining about everything since yesterday, i just want everything to stop, i want to sleep, and i want to feel better

#might go back to my doctor and ask for antidepressants #i'm not much of a medication person usually and my doctor was sceptical about giving me antidepressants but she said she would if i asked #last time i went we decided i would try meditation but that's not working #i don't want to meditate on anything i already spend too much time in my own head i need to get OUT of my head #what i need is physical activity #but i'm too exhausted after work to do sports #i wanna try at home yoga but i haven't been able to motivate myself #i'm just not a sporty person #even if i do enjoy many sports when i'm doing them #i just don't have the motivation to start #anywayyyyy all this to say things aren't going well lol #rain.stuff
