not to be one of those *I have undiagnosed something because I saw the list of symptoms on tiktok* but you can tell there's something inherently wrong with me just by the way I do my chores and move around the house 😭

#im going to start 10 fucking different things ar the same time ill clean my house at 2 am just because my brain suddenly decides it's time #i can to go without washing dishes or cleaning for weeks then suddenly scrub every surface in my house #i leave my stuff all around the place #and i have a cacophony of sounds in ky head all the time #it's never quiet i never know what im doing #if i enter the room in order to idk vacuum the carpet ill end up watering plants #or taking the trash out
