Listen, if the Picard show ended with a flashback to the night Beverly found out she was pregnant and Wesley shows up and tells her she has to tell Picard right then and there and then everything changes and we jump back to the present where everyone is happy and Picard isn't a husk of the person he used to be and is happily married to Beverly and they are out doing doctor's without borders and archeology things and everyone is still friends and Riker's son isn't dead and he and Deanna are the loving couple they always have been and the Federation isn't a cartoon villain organization and they put Data's consciousness in a new golem (or B4, as God intended)

I'd be fine with it. Thrilled actually.

I'll take a double order of Nexus level retcon to go please.
