itd be box braids this time cause id want it to be more versatile than cornrows ++ i would get extensions to have long hair again 💞 ill prob wait until september one way or another just so its not during the heatwave but i may also wait until next year??

#97 #im also.. wondering whether braids would be easier for me during the post-op recovery phase? #so i wouldnt need to be dealing w my hair too much during that tims #1 day i wanna get locs but i need to research like. whether 3b/3c hair is tight enough a texture bc im not sure it is #and also know more about the upkeep bc im not sure i can keep up w the care #locs are SO high fashion and cool to me.. but idk if my hair type is right i feel like its kinda like.. the curl pattern is borderline too #loose? #but i cant find any good info on what hair texture is good for locs bc every source is like 'all hair textures can lock but kinky or curly #is best' #like yeah ok but obvs we know its a fucking mess on those white ppl w vaguely wavy hair right so clearly theres a cutoff.
