#dunno if you'll remember last thursday i was struggling with ofmd feelings AND work shit #that interview i was in where they gave the guy an unfair problem to solve #well we did it again today and gave him a more fair problem. which was very cool of them to do #and I'm glad i spoke up! #but he still didnt do well enough to hire him 💀 #if he were coming in at my level or lower i would be like yeah of course #but a level higher than me? no. needs better technical skills than that #i want someone i can learn from lol #i was telling my wife about this. and she was like 'wait. why don't YOU apply for the staff level role and someone else can take your role' #and I'm like........ am i good enough for that level? well. probably. actually yeah. #but do i WANT to be at that level right now?
