Okay, so I'm just thinking about Touchstarved every single day and... You know how Vere is the only one that tried to kill MC in the demo?

WRONG.

Idk if it has been said, but I really really think that Leander tried to kill MC (or at least, he tested us). I mean, MC's wandering through the streets at night, perfectly unaware of the fact that YES soulless can attack you within the city. Mhin came to save us, and when we went back to Leander's bar he was like : 

 "omg hihi, sorry bestie I totally forgot to tell you that these ENORMOUS AND MURDEROUS MONSTERS could also violently kill in the city :)"

Like, come on. Leander is not stupid. So either he deliberately tried to kill MC and Mhin just happened to be there and save us. Either, he tries to test our reaction and ability to fight and specifically tells Mhin to go to x place (so that they will run onto us and save us).

Oh, and just wanted to say that I love the theory about Leander's being already dead. I mean...that totally make sense??? I was someone talking about how his scars could be due to a death by lighting or something like that. Could be true, especially given the fact that his scar is on his left side...so where his heart is...

It could perhaps explain his desire to kill us, maybe he needs us to stay alive or for some magic voodoo shit? The trailer song does say "I can't let you go"... so maybe it's not so much about love obsession, and more about "Hey, I REALLY need you for my weird magical shit." Leander is love bombing MC (like he's extra extra nice, and the game haven't really started yet and we already have a pretty close bond with him."
