#i lied one more personal post. #it figures id lose my therapist and get waitlisted right before getting hit with the uglier symptoms i hadnt had to really face in a while #the lack of control ive felt lately is definitely making things worse lol but like #theres the fear that im getting med tolerance again #and if thats the case the only options my psych has suggested have risks of like. #diabetes and heart problems #to say nothing of the fact that antipsychotics historically make me Worse #anyways if you read this far...your loss lol #im tryin to be as vague as i can to avoid triggering anyone but the second i have time to think #it hits me. so ive beeb busy and stressed from business and tired and thats not helped my ability 2 manage lol
