Sofia the First is so funny because it’s a kid’s Disney Jr Show for sure, but it’s like. Got so much going on. Like not just in the usual ‘be kind learn and grow’ way but like, all these 8 year olds are gonna grow up like “Well Mom actually I think the British Monarchy is in the wrong and should give back the royal jewels — it doesn’t matter if it’s important or been a long time. Princess Things is like the number for episode 2 & then a #season later the same kid who was so mean gets an episode about wanting to do ice skating but it’s ‘feminine’ so he’s not supposed to and #she helps him do it even though he tried to stop her from doing Pegasus flying bc it was a Boy thing
