Do you have any favorite aus?

Not particularly? I do favor AUs but most of them are either left unfinished (inactive askblogs, unfinished/incomplete fics, etc.) or simply don't have enough things provided for them.

The few AUs I have most interest in are the ones made by mutuals or friends! While some I have a bit of a difficulty grasping onto or remembering clearly, I will say that they're still my favorites since I know those AUs wayyyy more than others!

Here's the ones I'd say I'm particularly interested in and favor more than others:

I do believe it's most of them, though a lot of them are unfinished, on indefinite hiatus, or simply don't have content at the moment as they're still pretty new (or work in progresses).

In a way though, it's pretty difficult to get me to actually get a favorite AU... I get very picky and some friends who know me often see me getting irritated if I think concepts are underutilized or written very badly... there is obvious bias with the AUs I've mentioned before though, so while it may not be everyone's cup of tea, I personally enjoy them more than those made by other artists and writers... to me, they're like hidden gems :3 and they make me very happy every time I see them!

#though there isnt really any that i would call my absolute favorites. #while i love seeing the things others make i also mostly focus on my own things #since most of the time a lot of aus are just made with shipping in mind and while shipping is great and i love shipping myself #when it gets in the way of the story and doesnt have any relevance to the story #it gets really bothersome LMAO #either that or designs or plot arent just. interesting enough to look at. since most of the time you can tell #when something was just slapped together in a few minutes #ive always been a person whos taken aus seriously LOL but i think its mostly bc #aus is just another form of escapism for me so it gets a little personal #if you understand what i mean? #anyways sorry for ranting errrrr im cringe mb #miko talks #anon asks
