It feels kinda alienating when your body is just fucked up enough that you can't quite call yourself able bodied but can still get around well enough you don't feel like you can say you're disabled

#ive got constant pain in my fingers but its not bad enough i cant endure it #my knee got fucked up when i was a kid so i walk with a slight limp #idk why but i just cant bring myself to move at a fast pace #im depressed but hey im still here so it cant be that bad right? #probably have adhd or some other kinda neurodivergence cuz im awful at switching tasks in a timely manner and forgetful as hell #ive got an auditory processing disorder that makes it hard to make out what people are saying #ive got visual snow effects permanently in my vision which only really becomes an issue when i have a migraine #i get migraines #i have constant tinnitus but at this point i just kinda tune it out #ive got such a small about of dexterity i cant even type #ive got chronic IBS so i shit too often and too poorly #all and all my body is just slightly fucked up in ways that make it feel like im just an inadequate version of a fully able bodied person #i can still do things but i can never do them well and it feels shitty #oh ive got an overactive gag reflex so i vomit like 1/3 times i brush my teeth #ive got eczema that makes my skin blister if i wash dishes more than like twice a week #every pore on my biceps is basically ingrown and is mostly scar tissue from me ripping them open to free the hair stuck inside #im allergic to banana peppers and bell peppers
