favorite tradition? - that's, a hard q actually,,,,, there's a lot of traditions i personally have that i really enjoy!!! traditions are just fun to have. the first that comes to mind is maybe just making pork and shrimp dumplings on new years and lunar new years.... a secondary favorite would maybe be the perseid meteor shower. It happens every august, so usually I go up to the peak of my local mountain (i live in a valley) and watch the meteor shower from up there. It's genuinely magical. a band of coyotes chased us down the mountain once.

what’s your favorite potato food (i.e. tater tots, baked potatoes, fries, chips, etc.)? - hard tie between steamed ube (you can eat it plain, or top with butter and brown sugar) or pan-fried sweet potatoes! (you peel em, cut into inch thick rounds, cook in a wide and tall pan with water till its a bit softer, than take off the top to let steam escape and cook down the water. once theres maybe half the water left add in brown sugar and cinnamon and cook down till glazed and sticky ^^)
