So couple of days ago I went to my dear friend’s house to do a wardrobe edit & I m absolutely happy that she loved the basic edit and the lookbooks which I sent to her. What made me extremely happy was the fact that she loved my outfit and the colour combination! She also loved that we got to hang out and talk after ages. Sometimes a little compliment can make someone’s day. So, today I was down and was having a bad day and had a wardrobe malfunction in the streets while walking, also was criticized for mixing 2 different metallic jewelry....then suddenly among all the chaos in my life I got her message and she was talking about Korean food (my fav) ! Who doesn’t love a colourful faux fur? Well, I do & so decided to buy this unique faux fur jacket from Forever 21! I wore this 7 times last week and can’t stop wearing it again and again! I see many of the women “DO NOT REPEAT THEIR OUTFITS” because “they don’t want to be seen or caught wearing it again”. But I am not going to care about how the society wants us to be like. I mean since ages women are getting dressed with the thought of making themselves look exceptional & unique. There is nothing wrong with that ofcourse. But except for the fact that it puts us under a lot of pressure making us to wear one outfit or even one item one time only !!!! So, it’s high time we break this rule of wearing one thing one time or one outfit one time. So, recently I have decided to change my habit (new year, new me) I have decided to utilize my wardrobe by wearing same thing again and again and in atleast 2 different ways. Coz repeating your outfit would certainly won’t put you in any shame as previously perceived, it would infact decrease you cost per wear!!! That’s great right?
