How they met? Sinestro thought that maybe it's time to show his child (He mentally adopted them alr) where he goes off sometimes, leading them to the meeting room (I haven't really watched Harley Quinn so sorry if this isn't accurate), while reader is curiously gazing at the other villains, riddler notices them and is just- completely entranced by them

Gosh, when they actually meet instead of him staring at them in the meetings sometimes he just shamelessly flirts w them and they just don't know how to respond. A very flustered n confused expression is painted on their face, the sinestro corps don't usually show... That many emotions since they gotta put up a face but reader is so caught of guard by him flirting w em they just forget about putting up a facade

Reader is only shows those type of emotions to riddler and vice versa, it's honestly pretty sweet, the villains around them don't know how to handle the flirting riddler always says to reader
