I love your new fic, and adore that Obi-Wan's ideal life is domestic bliss with a worshipful twunk he gets to coddle and spoil. Good for them! As Anakin is new to the fashion world and only has black clothes does Obi-Wan get to live his fantasy of taking his darling boy clothes shopping, dressing him up and spoiling him? Just picturing some page 5 column putting the photos next to the ones from the shoot, and everyone assuming the photoshoot was them going public rather than their first meeting. Obi-Wan is mortified but Anakin thinks its all very romantic!

Anakin is truly thriving in this AU 😂 love this for him. Like before? He was probably just making his way in the world, coming out of poverty, maybe working to save up money to pay off old debts. He’s kinda lonely, kinda sad, shooting some hoops with friends after work, and suspiciously well dressed man comes up to him, looking him up and down, and offering him too much money for a “fashion editorial” like those words mean anything to him, and so he figures it’s probably porn, but he’s broke and can’t think of a reason not to do it. So he shows up to the listed address, all ready to bolt if it’s in any way sketchy. And then like an angel choir plays when he sees Obi-Wan. He has no idea he’s a fashion designer. He has no idea that he’s rich, famous, whatever else. He’s just so nice to him, explaining everything that was happening, maybe giving him tips and even sometimes moving him around to show him “his best angles.” None of it is terribly challenging to remember or imitate, and it’s kind of annoying to change clothes so much and have people touching his face and hair, but it meant he got to spent all day around this really handsome and hot older guy. Who is just so nice, and so funny, and so smart, and the well dressed photographer said he used to be married but wasn’t anymore, so maybe…..
