idk how many of u were around for it so one of my favorite vocaP interactions has to be this one.

iyowa posted a blank tweet(which btw u need a special character input to do). hiiragi magnetite replied to it with! a blank tweet. to which iyowa replied with, yet again, a blank tweet

so in response to that hiiragi magnetite quote retweeted and left that blank

iyowa took it a step further by screenshotting the qrt and posting that in a blank post

and then hiiragi magnetite took a screenshot of that and posted their own blank tweet

so obviously the next logical step was for iyowa to print out that tweet and tape it to their wall providing very helpful alt text that's, as u may guess, blank

but it doesn't end there because hiiragi magnetite takes the pic of it taped to the wall and makes towel out of it (theres 2 more pics in a reply to it proving its real)

and to top it all off iyowa took the picture of the towel and made a puzzle out of it and, again, the alt text is blank

and so far that is where this exchange ends

magu being a teacher for a music course for proseka is so funny to me. dont get me wrong they DO know music. but theyre also the one constantly like "i never learned proper music theory i just work based on vibe & try to get everything to fit the mood i want" and also "color coding is inconvenient so i never do it" while having like 150 tracks per song. ive watched like every publicly available thing theyve been in & theyre always like this. they might just be brief for time reasons since when they aren't neta tweeting they actually have some highly specialized things to say but at the same time like. this is the most interesting choice they couldve made

in my break i watched the cubase interviews with hiiragi magnetite & first of all the amount of effort they put into marshall maximizer to get it from the demo ver to the finished ver is all the proof i need that every sound design choice in their songs is intentional & part of the story telling (also. at 5:09. please listen to the maximizer demo when they say they remixed it to suit kafu better they werent kidding its like a whole other song)

now im saying this with the utmost respect for their skills but everything else about them is like. wow. truly anyone can be a vocaP. for those of u who havent seen their work space before. behold.

they keep using this notebook bc they "have everything on it and it would be inconvenient to move everything to a new one."

if that wasnt bad enough they always say they use like 140-200 tracks in any given song, in maximizer i they said it was like 145. they dont color code anything bc they think its inconvenient so everything in maximizer is gray. they also rarely use folders so theres like two whole folders they dont even remember making. they also rarely retitle things even if they "have no clue what any if it means" so for those of u not going to watch the video that means their project file looks like this

they also said they never really studied music theory so everything they do is based off mood/vibe

also i like how they did a whole 2 part interview the latter part involving an aru sekai series song but only showing off the first half of it so they STILL have yet to address the series as a series
