Also if your muse is humanoid in form and gets into a fight with her Nightingale can and will make sure that any wounds she inflicts can and will hurt along with opening up old ones. 

This is the power of her Knowledge of Human Anatomy skill. This talent of hers is showcased in the manga adaptation of the Demon Wail at the Prison Tower event in where she found out that the Avenger she was contending with has dozens of improperly healed injuries along his body in where she opened them all in one fell swoop by targeting those areas specifically.

As a nurse she will not abide by seeing someone purposely hurting others.  She sees this and she will act even if it means disregarding her own life in the process
