5.0 star rating A co-worker recommended iHomeShutters to me after we had already ordered shutters from a design center. We cancelled the order at the design center because we wanted shutters where the top and bottom can be set at different positions. During the consultation, David did a great job explaining the products to us. His shutters were of better quality than what we had previously ordered from the design center and we also ordered motorized blinds from him. David was able to do the measurements without our presence and was nice enough to lock up after he finished. We set a time frame for when everything could be installed. David contacted me around that time frame and was able to work around my schedule. We set an appointment for the installation and it went smoothly. David came by and remeasured the windows to make sure they are correct and was friendly, professional and efficient. The shutters came and was installed yesterday. The installation person (Yayo) did a great job, cleaned up after himself, very friendly, and a great guy. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. 5 star rating David and his team at iHomeShutters installed shutters on all of our windows and sliding doors for our condo. The job was challenging because we had many large windows that went all the way up to our high ceiling. I also wanted sliding shutters on several sliding doors and I wanted it all to have a cohesive look with the window shutters. David was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and customer focused and recommended shutters that turned out looking fabulous! I was also impressed with the quality of his shutters, they look and feel very durable too. On installation day, they had to navigate through our condo building's windy narrow hallways and small elevators so this added several hours to their work. However, David and his team worked diligently and carefully, and eventually got the work done beautifully.
