They had the best deal available as well as both Dave (Sales) and Yeyo (Installer) were professional throughout the whole ordeal. If require shutters, get it done immediately since due to COVID, could take 2-3 months to arrive. In meantime, they do provide a service to temporarily cover up windows. 5 star rating After several months in the house I honestly cannot tell the difference between ihomeshutters and some of the more expensive options we looked at. Would definitely hire them again, great service and great quality. I originally found this business because so many of my neighbors have ihome shutter signs outside their properties (the marketing is effective!). I must have looked at 5 other businesses for honeycomb shades and the quotes were outrageous for 35 shades (anywhere from 30k-40k!) David is very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and informative. We wanted honeycomb shades instead of shutters (which is what they specialize in) but that wasn't a problem with David. He gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of every selection. I went back and forth a little and he was very responsive with all my questions via text and even came back to the house so I could change and finalize the selections. Due to unforeseen delays from covid and my order not being shipped in full from the manufacturer, the shades were delayed 1-2 weeks and not everything came at once. David did a great job of giving me frequent updates, following up with the factory, and keeping me apprised of changes. Less than ideal that we had to wait a little longer as we picked ihome because they were the fastest and it took several visits to get everything installed but the best was David keeping me informed (I've worked with businesses who come and go as they please and don't provide the customer with any information so that is frustrating but David is very communicative). Additionally, when David and team came for the installation (and initial consult), they adhered to covid guidelines by wearing masks and took their shoes off (there are some people I've worked with on other housing projects who are very rude about being asked to take their shoes off or wear booties). All around great job from David and team, the price point was considerably cheaper than other companies but the quality was just as good.
