hi, thank you :) to render ghosts:

follow this tutorial to make a ghost material

replace the material on your sim with it!

to make isometric rooms:

switch the camera lens type from perspective to orthographic

bring in a cube and delete the top and 2 sides

position your camera in the top right corner looking down

add your furniture and sims!
