okay i’ve seen enough confusion around it i’m just gonna make the post, mainly for the sake of my friends and followers.

Final Fantasy VII Character Ages:

7 years before the main story, 0000 (Year Cloud leaves to join SOLDIER):

Yuffie: 9

Cloud: 14

Tifa: 14

Aerith: 15

Zack: 16

Sephiroth: Somewhere in his early 20s (Rough estimate based off various dates, his actual age is unknown)

Cid: 25

Reeve: 28 (Only canon age I could find is from the Remake)

Barret: 28

Nanaki: 41 (human equivalent of a teenager for his species!)

Vincent: 50 (I’m not joking this is his canonical age according to DoC)

The Nibelheim Incident, 0002:

Yuffie: 11

Cloud: 16

Tifa: 16

Aerith: 17

Zack: 18

Sephiroth: Mid/Early 20s

Cid: 27

Reeve: 30

Nanaki: 43 (still a kiddo)
