Welcome to the amazing Octabarn. Built in 1987 in Hiram, OH, it has 3bs, 3ba, $360K. You have to see the doors, though. Note the tinted skylights to keep the sun glare out.

The entrance foyer- nice beadboard wainscoting and tile floor.

Check out the closet door. They really went all out w/these carved doors.

Spiral stairs in the hall.

Open living room with a stone feature wall to the kitchen and double glass doors to the deck. This house has so much potential. I would put a free-standing fireplace in here.

Large, slightly dated 80s kitchen. Paint the cabinets, change the wallpaper.

Dining room with French doors to the deck and a knotty pine feature wall.

Bedroom #1 w/en-suite. I like the beadboard and at least it has something on the walls, even if it's not tile.

Each door is different. You can make this a very elegant home. There's a lot to work with here.

This bedroom has a cool crawlspace.

It's the primary b/c it has a walk-in closet, but a kid would love that cubby. So would a cat or a dog- I would paint a little house around the opening.

The en-suite has a double sink, jetted tub and shower. I like that the shower is gray- I didn't know they came in colors.

There's a huge ground floor with loads of potential and it also has a shower.

It needs a ceiling, b/c it has nice doors to a patio and is meant to be a rec room, game room, or family room.

There's a nice white brick wall behind the spiral stairs going down to a basement. I would have to put a wall up to block the utilities. Why waste nice stairs, make something down here- man cave? Lady lair?

Big car port under the house.

The deck surrounds the whole house, and branches off to a gazebo. I would definitely put fairy lights up around the gazebo.

1.80 acres of land. Plenty room for a pool by the ground floor rec space.
