#avataro sentai donbrothers #donbrothers #not sarcasm - the plot is genuinely a mess #but the characters and their shenanigans are just so lovable #I had a blast watching this show #i'm a little sad i didn't get into it sooner and get to experience the calculated madness week to week #but the whole thing was a wild ride #we will never get another sentai like this #i'll probably check out the first couple of eps of the next one #but if it's back to traditional sentai i'll probably bounce immediately ^^'' #i am kinda tempted to give Zenkaiger another chance though even if their Kaito is not donbros Kaito #or maybe i'll finally watch Jetman #Inoue's works have their faults but i've never not enjoyed them #(we don't talk about the specials.)

i'm so glad zenkaiger has finally ended i have nothing against you or your gifs but the zenkaiger tag was mad spammed with large gifs of stacy doing nothing but breathing and blinking and as someone who actually watches for the plot and not for pretty boys this season was incredibly disappointing and went downhill as soon as stacy showed up. characters like the robots and even sometimes zox/flint were just background characters in the great almighty kaito and stacy show. the writing was bad, the ending was bad and was just all around bad. much like lupinranger (and i'll assume you like it given your icon?) it was a show marketed entirely towards delusional girls who want to imagine redguy kissing purpleguy. i doubt you've seen either of them but i would recommend watching dekaranger or jetman if you want to see a real sentai that's actually good.
