On a normal day, this is arguably the best view in The City. It’s sunny and 66 degrees. The park should be teeming with people hanging out, playing, and getting high. Today though, you can barely even see downtown, let alone anyone enjoying being outside. I’m pretty sure this is the worst I’ve ever seen it here. That said, imagine what it’s like up in Paradise... what a nightmare.
