Secondary Research - Designers
UX Design.
Luke Wroblewski-
Luke Wroblewski is the  Product Director at Google and has created his own company called Polar  which was acquired by Google. He was also the director of Bagcheck which was later acquired by Twitter. He works on how to be efficient in the industry which I think is important when designing a system that would help people.
Whitney Hess -
Whitney Hess’s goal is to bring humanity back to businesses by humanising technology.  She helps teach  how to understand and interact with computers in the best way possible making it simple to understand. This I would like to investigate as if I wanted to design a software or some kind of helper for elderly or children I need them to be able to understand it clearly.
Kevin Mercier -
Kevin Mercier keeps his work clean, bright, and trendy to catch the interest of people using the website he is designing, making it an enjoyable experience for people navigating the website. I would like to investigate this as i feel having something that is interesting to look at is important as it keeps people interested as well as being easy to navigate.
Steve Krug -
Steve Krug focuses on is usability in his designs and mainly focuses on text helping to explain how something works. I would like to investigate on this at I would like to help many people who might something making simple.
Patrick Neeman -
Patrick Neeman has designed for big companies like Ebay, Disney and Microsoft and is the designer about usabilitycounts.com. On his website he explains all the stages of becoming and being a UX designer, his work is very simple to work and set out very simple. As the same as Steve Krung and Whitney Hess I think simplicity is super important when it comes to UX design as the work needs to be accessed by a lot of people who might not have a lot of knowledge of how to use the internet.

Patrick thought what I thought. Holy cow!
Just recently I had the thought that "the current financial crisis isn't going to be solved by Washington" (Because they're all idiots). They don't care about the end user (i.e. the rest us), they just care about themselves and their bottom line.
I continued that thought with "I think the current financial crisis will be solved by Americans and corporations." That's where innovation is.
So as I'm reading Patrick Neeman's post about How To Get Started In UX I eventually get to this:
The current financial crisis will not be solved by Washington. It will be solved by American corporations and entrepreneurs retraining our workforce and rethinking our work culture.
What?! Dude. That's freaggin awesome!
Not saying I think like him because he's a total UX bad ass and I'm just getting started in UX. It's just cool we thought the same thing (I know, I'm geeking out).
As for why I think Americans and American companies will solve the financial crisis? Look around.
The movement of democratizing education (i.e. Coursera.org, Udacity.com, CodeAcademy.com, KhanAcademy.org, etc). Granted you don't get credit, but you're learning. And learning is half the battle (G.I. JOOOOOOE!).
Americans are pushing for accountability, sustainability, and a change in the status quo. Especially when it comes to the financial ecosystem.
We don't trust traditional banking or Wall Street anymore. Lost faith in real estate. So it's time to change business as usual into business for the future. Business and social systems that are actually good for people and the planet.

Designing for Human Experience Book Designing for Human Experience Forewords by Robert Powell and Patrick Neeman. Designing for Humans remains for me the most fantastic amalgamation of the complex to create the simple, useable and nascent components and artefacts that support human experiences. I’ll apologise in advance while I try to use simple English I often fail because someone came up with a word that covers off the complexity #Futurist #IoT #BlockChain #Agile #DevOps #UX #CX #KarlSmith https://karlsmith.info/designing-for-human-experience-book/?utm_source=tumblr&utm_medium=Karl+A+L+Smith&utm_campaign=Karl+A+L+Smith
