Ignoring some of the questionable things with Newt’s article for a moment, if it is in fact correct that all current and past RQ employees signed NDAs that specifically bar them from saying only positively about the company,,, then like yeah, they’re going to go on Twitter and say that the article or wrong or doesn’t represent their beliefs because otherwise they will be financially and legally penalized if they support it.

#this situation is very complicated but keep that piece in mind #that alone shouldn’t be enough for anyone to decide if the allegations are all false #personally I’m betting the allegations are true and Newt saw an opportunity #but I also know that was supposedly written without the knowledge of Fable & not at their discretion #dunno how that could be proven #and yeah ofc the people sharing their negative experiences have pseudonyms to avoid retaliation esp by RQ for breaking the NDA #rusty quill #don’t cancel RQ just maybe don’t donate to the patreon for TMA
