Happy belated update day!

Chapter 1 is chugging along, including the terminus of the bar route -- the Bautista lovers will feast well with this one, methinks.

I'm also chipping away at the first chapters of Erinys and TKP -- as well as TKP's UI. Erinys is in a place where it looks really nice (patting myself on the back -- Erinys has become my coding Barbie doll for when I want to play in sand, which means it's slightly more experimental). TKP's is. Uhm. Let's call it larval.

The background texture isn't really the best for the font and colors that I'm using, but it's a placeholder for now.

On top of that, I have a super secret, super self-indulgent one-off project I'm working on that I'll announce when the time comes.

For Patrons: I'm still working on the Patreon shorts and will probably have time to get more done while I'm at my parents for the weekend -- as well as rearranging Patreon tiers and content to function more as a tip jar. Come next year, I plan to be a much more consistent with content updates, including early access previews!

Blog Update 4-1-2024

It's already April

We've got a few more ghoulish holidays at the day job, but I've slowly been chugging away at both Greenwarden and TKP. IN fact, I mostly have TKP's origins written -- characters will react differently to each origin, and depending on which one you pick you might have met some of the main cast already...

Each Physician will have a choice in their people of origin: Alandria, Iskar, Ruzayn, and the Mani. Each ethnicity will have four backgrounds, which fall broadly into the categories of soldier, noble, orphan, mage. Each background has a unique backstory, and the Physician will have learned medicine through different means depending on which background you choose!

Every doctor also needs an outlet to stay sane -- pick yours. Each character will have the option to choose between painting, embroidery, music, and woodcarving. Much like most things in TKP, your hobbies can also be weapons. Use your knowledge of mixing paints to make poisons, for instance.

Finally, each Physician can choose either a scientific or mystical approach to healing, which has varying effects. Particularly mysticism, if certain stats are high enough.
