Cheers to my friends who turned 60 and 56 last week! This Lemon Poppyseed Cake made with my favorite Buttermilk Cake and layered/iced in Lemon Italian Buttercream made for a perfect celebration! Sadly, this may be my final cake design for awhile. 😢 I've struggled with weird health problems for 3 years, and recently discovered my body is full of mold...mold from food/grains including the flours we used in culinary school, as well as other bakeries and restaurants where I worked. It's time for me to #detox this awful #moldtoxicity and decide how I will change my business in order to support #myhealth.
