Hi! Please obviously ignore if this is an inappropriate ask, but I'm just a little but (lot bit) losing my mind and am a little bit (lot bit) desperate lol. I am looking for a COD fic I read but can't remember the title of. And you are like, the fucking heart of this Fandom so I was hoping you or your followers might recognize it <3

I only remember, like, a scene and a half-- Earlier in the fic, Soap basically tells Ghost "I know how you feel about me, I know it's hard for you to say it, so you don't have to." But later, when they're banging eachother’s brains out (obvi), Soap, totally lost in the moment, basically says, "I've never felt this way before, this is different, it's different for you, too, right?" And Ghost obviously agrees deep down but has a flash of irritation / anxiety because it feels like Soap is going back on his promise of not making Ghost verbalize his feelings.

Pretty sure the latter half of the scene you mentioned is this section from Chapter 5 :)
