It IS Nyan Neko Sugar Girls. From left to right it’s Hitoshi-san, Raku-chan, and Koneko-chan. Raku-chan got rabies and possessed by a demon but the reason she died was because of a “broken kokoro”, caused by Hitoshi-san dating his kidnapper.

What. What did I just read. I knew that theres that one picture with the Raku chan dying and Hitoshi san and Koneko san holding her body and the huge rack nurse who's like "im sorry raku chan you have rabies" with shit audio quality but i didnt know the LORE??
